Are you an experienced Territory Account Manager who is excited by our journey and enjoys being part of a fast-growing medical device company? Are you enthusiastic about working on products that help patients, building a medical brand, and interacting with global clients and hospitals? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to quickly drive new sales and revenue for our next-generation securement devices.
Location: Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) with occasional travel outside the state.

your responsibilities
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote FlexGRIP® products.
Build and maintain relationships within Children’s Hospitals, Pediatric and Neonatal Units.
Collaborate with the VP of Sales to achieve strategic sales objectives.
Navigate and manage multiple channels within the medical device industry, including GPO Groups, IDNs (local, regional, national), value analysis, and distribution networks.
Provide exceptional presentations and negotiations to key stakeholders.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
who are we looking for?
Experience in Vascular Access and/or Intravenous Therapy is required.
A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with a broad network of relationships in Children’s Hospitals, Pediatric, and Neonatal Units.
Reside in Texas, with a primary focus on Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Willingness to travel outside the state as needed.
Proven ability to demonstrate strong organizational, strategic, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
Proficiency in navigating the medical device industry’s various channels.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with computer technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
